1. Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to THE INDIAN FACE, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month to communicate to THE INDIAN FACE its lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact THE INDIAN FACE within the period of one month, to the address contact @ theindianface .com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found therein
Once you THE INDIAN FACE has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In case the return proceeds, THE INDIAN FACE It will indicate to the User the way to collect or send the defective product to their offices / warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, THE INDIAN FACE reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product is received and defects are verified, THE INDIAN FACE It will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate to THE INDIAN FACE.
In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with identical characteristics could not be shipped, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which THE INDIAN FACE The User will confirm the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the resolution of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, THE INDIAN FACE will carry out the refund of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product.
THE INDIAN FACE informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when purchasing the product.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, pursuant to the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (15) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to THE INDIAN FACE, whether you return the order in full or decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact THE INDIAN FACE at the address contact @ theindianface .com, by sending a completed withdrawal form that accompanies these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1. Upon receipt of said communication, THE INDIAN FACE It will indicate the way of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.
THE INDIAN FACE is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires to return the order. In this sense, THE INDIAN FACE recommends to the User that require the courier company to provide you with proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices of THE INDIAN FACE, so that the User is aware that the product has been correctly delivered to THE INDIAN FACE. THE INDIAN FACE is not responsible for the address where the User sends the order for return. It should always be our office in the case of Europe. If we did not have a delivery confirmation and the user did not present a delivery receipt, THE INDIAN FACE would not be responsible for the loss and it would be the user who would have to claim the transport company that had contracted.
The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

If the User decides to return the order in full, THE INDIAN FACE will return to the User all the amounts that he would have paid and if he only returned any of the products, only the part corresponding to those products will be returned.
THE INDIAN FACE informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when purchasing the product. In any case, THE INDIAN FACE will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date the returned product was received.
Product Exchange Policy
THE INDIAN FACE does not admit the change between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In case the User wants to make the change in a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on it according to the provisions of the 6.2 clause and then buy the new product he wants.
